Ferrosan Medical Devices, based out of Søborg Denmark, develops and manufactures innovative and customized high-quality components, modules and full assemblies of medical devices under its own brand as a legal manufacturer. Their products are marketed and distributed in more than 100 countries with globally leading companies such as Ethicon, Takeda, Sanofi-Aventis and Deutschland. After demerging from Ferrosan A/S in 2010, the company needed to refresh branding on all primary and secondary packing for 150 components in 90 days.

BNO built a best-in-class system to manage the production workflows between Ethicon’s marketing and labeling teams and Ferrosan’s Biomaterials Project Managers, as well as act as a liaison with their network of commercial printers and translation suppliers. Currently, we manage an active production server and document control system for 59 unique products using our custom production database.
